UPI accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Murugan Idli Shop<\/strong> \u2014 Multiple locations. Specialises in incredibly soft, fluffy idlis served with multiple chutneys and sambhar. \u20b960\u2013100. UPI accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ratna Caf\u00e9<\/strong> \u2014 Triplicane. A century-old institution. The sambar here is legendary \u2014 locals debate whether it&#8217;s the best in Chennai. Dosa, vada, coffee: \u20b970\u2013120. Cash and UPI.<\/p>\n<h2>Chettinad Cuisine<\/h2>\n<p>Chettinad food, from the Chettiar community of southern Tamil Nadu, is one of India&#8217;s spiciest and most complex regional cuisines. The pepper chicken, mutton chukka, and egg curry are intensely flavoured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anjappar<\/strong> \u2014 Multiple locations. The most famous Chettinad chain.
