Pune takes its food seriously \u2014 especially its street food. Misal pav (a fiery sprouted lentil curry with bread) is a civic institution with dozens of competing styles. Vada pav is religion. And the Mastani (a thick milkshake loaded with ice cream, dry fruits, and rose syrup) is Pune’s gift to the world of beverages.<\/p>
